About the IGHub IDEAS Project

At IGHub, we strive to foster an inclusive ecosystem for skills development. Our mission is to prepare young individuals aged 18-35 with the essential skills needed to excel in the digital world. The IGHub IDEAS Project aims to bridge the gap between educational outcomes and labor market needs by creating a robust skills development framework.

Opportunities for Consultants

We are seeking Consultants to bring their expertise to various aspects of our project. If you have a track record of delivering impactful solutions in specific areas, we’d love to hear from you. Here are the key consultancy areas:

1. Needs Assessment

• Objective: Gain insights into the target group, analyzing demographics, digital literacy, career goals, and skill gaps.
• Responsibilities: Evaluate accessibility requirements, employer demands, and internship needs.

2. Curriculum Development

• Objective: Develop comprehensive training modules.
• Areas: Software Engineering, UI/UX and Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, WordPress Development, Hardware Engineering, Animation, Data Entry, Call Center/Tech Support, Product Management, Embedded Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity.

3. Job Linkage

• Objective: Connect graduates with internship and job opportunities.
• Responsibilities: Facilitate job placements and track career progress.

Consultant Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored consulting services.
• Provide actionable insights and strategies.
• Report progress and collaborate with project teams.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in the consultancy area.
• Experience in similar projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Legally registered to operate in Nigeria.

Opportunities for Vendors

We are also looking for Vendors to support the IGHub IDEAS Project through the provision of essential goods and services. If you can deliver high-quality products and services, consider joining us. Here’s what we need:

1. Technology and Office Supplies

• Objective: Provide and install necessary hardware and software for training.
• Responsibilities: Ensure smooth execution of digital skills programs.

2. Facility Setup

• Objective: Deliver materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Responsibilities: Support physical setup and daily operations.

3. Procurement of Specialized Tools

• Objective: Source and deliver specific tools and resources.
• Responsibilities: Align procurement with curriculum needs.

Vendor Responsibilities:

• Supply high-quality goods and services.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers.
• Adhere to project timelines and budget.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated capability in delivering products or services.
• Experience with large-scale projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Legally registered to operate in Nigeria.
