Terms of Use
The rules for using our website, programmes and spaces.
Last updated: November 2026
About these terms
These terms apply when you use ighub.ng or join a programme, service or space run by Innovation Growth Hub (“IGHub”), with hubs in Aba and Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria. By using them you accept these terms. Specific programmes, incubation agreements or service quotes may add their own terms; where they differ, those specific terms apply.
Using the website
You may read, share and link to our content for non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the site, try to break its security or copy it in bulk. Information on the site, including programme dates and fees, may change; we confirm the current details when you enquire or register.
Programmes and payments
Places are confirmed when registration is complete and any fee is paid. Fees, instalments and refund rules are stated when you register. If we cancel or move a programme, we offer you a place on the next one or a refund of fees paid for the cancelled part.
Spaces and conduct
Treat everyone at our hubs with respect. Harassment, discrimination, theft, damage and unsafe behaviour are not allowed, and we may remove anyone who breaks these rules. You are responsible for your belongings. Children attending camps must be dropped off and picked up by a parent, guardian or someone they nominate.
Your work and ours
You own the projects you create in our programmes, unless a written agreement says otherwise. Our course materials, brand, logos and products (including Payam, Inaaga, Naija247Kitchen and Digiboss) belong to IGHub or their owners.
Client services
Website, app, marketing and consultancy work is governed by the quote or agreement we send you, including scope, timelines and payment.
Liability
We work hard to deliver what we promise, but the website and general information are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, IGHub is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or programmes.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions? Email info@ighub.com.ng.
